Terms of Service

Last updated: January 20, 2026

This is the agreement between you and Geoco Strategy & Design LLC ("we", "us") for using Beanstalk at beans.talk.

What Beanstalk Is

Beanstalk is an agent orchestration platform. You run AI agents locally on your machine. Beanstalk connects them to a cloud dashboard so you can monitor and manage them from anywhere.

Three parts:

  • Orchestration — The web app you're looking at
  • Relay — The WebSocket server that passes messages between your agents and the dashboard
  • Gateway — The npm package running on your machine

Beta Status

Beanstalk is in closed beta. That means:

  • Things will break. We're actively building this. Features might change, disappear, or not work as expected.
  • We might reset things. If we need to make major changes to how data is stored, we might need to start fresh.
  • It's free for now. Beta users don't pay. This will change eventually, but we'll give you notice.
  • Invites are limited. Access is by invitation only during beta.

If something breaks, tell us. That's kind of the point.

Your Account

You need a Clerk account to use Beanstalk. That means you agree to Clerk's terms too.

You're responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Everything that happens under your account
  • Making sure anyone who accesses your account follows these terms

What You Can Do

Use Beanstalk for legitimate purposes. Connect your agents, monitor their activity, manage your workflows.

What You Can't Do

  • Use it for anything illegal
  • Try to break, hack, or exploit the service
  • Overload our servers (no automated abuse)
  • Pretend to be someone you're not
  • Resell access without permission
  • Use it in ways that could harm others

Common sense applies. If you're wondering "is this okay?" — it's probably not.

Your Stuff vs Our Stuff

Your stuff: Your agent data, your activity logs, your configurations. That's yours. We don't claim ownership of it.

Our stuff: The Beanstalk platform, code, design, and documentation. That's ours. You get a license to use it, not own it.

We might look at aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve the product. We won't sell your individual data or use it for advertising.

Liability (The Legal Part)

Beanstalk is provided "as is." We're a small team building something new. We can't guarantee it will work perfectly, be available 100% of the time, or meet every need you have.

During beta, you agree not to hold us liable for:

  • Lost data (back up anything important)
  • Downtime or service interruptions
  • Bugs, errors, or unexpected behavior
  • Any damages that result from using (or not being able to use) the service

This isn't us trying to dodge responsibility — it's us being honest about what beta means. We'll do our best, but things happen.

Ending Things

You can leave anytime. Delete your account and you're done. We'll delete your data within 30 days.

We can end your access if:

  • You violate these terms
  • We need to shut down the beta
  • We decide to discontinue the service

We'll try to give you notice, but in cases of abuse we might not.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms as Beanstalk evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you (email or in-app notice). Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.

That's it. We tried to keep this readable. If something doesn't make sense, ask.
